The Cookie Vixen is professionally trained chef and owner April Pharoah. She specializes in Artisan Wine-Pairing Shortbreads, and Gluten-Free Baked Goods. April's sweet and savory shortbreads have been expertly taste-tested to compliment the nuanced flavors of red, white, and sparkling wines...and even beer.
